"Tammy was fantastic in assisting me with repairing my wife's necklace and made it absolutely hassle free. While at the shop I found a few necklaces I liked and used my opportunity to upgrade the necklace to something nicer. I really like that I can trade in for something new and get a fair value. Looking forward to returning to update again very soon!"

"I have better experiences at the other Kay’s. The ladies here aren’t as knowledgeable on the products or system management. I waited 30 minutes outside for curbside pickup, called and let them know I was outside, and a woman answered “well we’re all busy here.” Came inside instead and two representatives were free. One did assist me as soon as I came in.. and didn’t know how to close out my curbside order so I waited another 15 minutes while they figured that out. I also felt a sense of judgement from the ladies for any client who came through the door that was particularly young or dressed casually. Less desire to want to assist those consumers hence the reason I did a pickup order, which obviously still didn’t go well."

"I’ve been doing business with Kay Jewelers for many years…I just stopped in and asked to have the battery changed on my movado watch……the clerk said I’d have to leave it there and when they had time they would do it…and it would be $24.95…. A customer is a customer, and what an outrageous price. I stopped at another jewelry store on the way home, had it changed in 5 minutes and it was $9.99. After years of wonderful service this was unacceptable."
