Anastasia Beach

"Fun trip to the beach. Nice bridge to walk to the beach area or just go on the lookout path. A lot of Florida Tortoise can be seen throughout the park"

"Clean beach. The sand is a white sand, crushed shell mix which was nice to walk on barefoot. There was a little shop where we rented a couple of chairs and a umbrella. They were adequate, but could have been nicer. The bathrooms were well kept and clean. It wasnt crowded, but it was during school time although there were kids there. There was an $8 charge per vehicle but it was well worth it to me as there was plenty of parking and the buildings were nicely maintained. We like to visit St. Augustine and Anastasia will be our beach of choice."

"This is now a gated park that you pay a fee to enter,but when I was growing up,it was free & my family went to the beach here, every single year. Back then,I often saw Florida Cougers running across the toad,but didn't see any now. I love the beach here & the picnic areas . There are bathrooms with showers to change in. Going here in 2023,brought back many memories of vacation time spent here with my parents & siblings as well as memories of how St.Augustine used to have wonderful ocean views,instead of so many motels,and condos blocking the view. I do recommend this park. Spend a whole day there!"

"Pleasant park staff, clean facilities, nature trails and the ocean. Could it get better? Yes!! Each site offers power ((1)30amp hookup and (2) 20amp regular US plugs), fie pit with grill grate & water (you should bring a small hose). Level compacted ground for easy tent setup and take down. Every site is seemingly carved out of the trees with very little of the natural environment being disturbed. They have RV sites as well, (3) holding tank pump stations, large critter resistant dumpster well away from the campsites. Be mindful of the local critters, they’re acclimated to people and aren’t shy. So if you leave any food out they won’t mind trying to join in.. lol. Overall a great place, will definitely return."

"Love this place you can rent or bring your water and land toys. There is a place where you can purchase food and drinks. Including adult beverages. Very clean. The water and sand are beautiful we were able to enjoy the day swimming and had the most beautiful dolphin pods eating and breached a few times. Great place for pictures and families. When you park you are not able to view the beach but when you walk through the sand dunes Haven awaits."
