"So incredibly upset…. I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time for my daughters birthday to get her ears pierced after school and when we got there 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment time, the lady had the store completely closed up and said that she decided to close early today….."

"Took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced at Claire’s and she was very nervous and kept procrastinating getting the tool on her ear and was very scared. Karla was extremely patient and so so kind and sweet. She made her feel very comfortable and she was very professional. She also asked multiple times for my opinion to be sure that I felt like they were even. She is amazing!! Thank you Karla, we will definitely be back :) I’m glad we came here"
"Was in Walmart today and had 5 minutes before Claire's opens so I decided to wait. At 12p, the lights turn on and I see an employee start mopping the floor. I see her taking pictures which was peculiar. I keep waiting for 15 minutes and she still didn't open the gate. Needless to say I left since she didn't even acknowledge me or open the store on time. Never had that problem at any other of the stores. I'll continue go to the other stores."
