"The store is great. Clean, organized, well stocked... but there's this one woman (calling her a lady will be too much of a stretch) they have hired for "Security". She's probably not even an employee n but a contractor. Her manners are simply awful. Treats everyone very rude, like we were all there to steal, instead of being the customers who ultimately pay her salary. Is the typical loser person who has been given some power and thinks they are above everyone else. Aldi should reevaluate their choices... this person is definitely costing them more in the lost of otherwise happy returning customers, than she can possibly save them in theft prevention."

"ALDI's prices are very reasonable & their produce is fresh. Since I knew that they don't offer shopping bags to pack groceries, I brought my own. My negative is that you need to carry change in order to use one of their shopping carts. This company needs to realize the we live in a Digital World and coins are just too heavy & cumbersome to keep in a small bag. After I parked my vehicle, I saw a loose cart in the middle of the parking lot. Before I was able to grab it, a man quickly took the cart, attached it to other carts, pocketed the $.25. Since I didn't have a quarter with me, I actually waited for a patron to come out of the store & asked for her shopping cart when she was done. She was very understanding & gladly gave me her cart. There has to be a better system in place whereby shoppers can buy groceries with ease and not have to rent a shopping cart for a quarter in the process."
