"Just got home a while ago and opened our box of chicken for dinner. I’m so upset. Look at this ! It’s horrible! I’m in shock ! What I’m even more mad about is, I called my Weston Publix and they said they didn’t have anymore chicken; so I called this Publix in Davie and they promised me six boxes just came out of the fryer and it’s fresh ! I wasn’t feeling well but left my house in the rain to go to grab and box and this is what I got ! Unreal! I called and spoke to Matt the manager. He promised me a refund and a free box tomorrow! Can’t go back tonight. It’s an inconvenience to go back, but I will and they better not give me any issues. I will never trust this Publix Deli location again! I’ve never seen this before. How can you sell this to clients. Davie very dissatisfied and disappointed! Weston is far superior! Weston Resident Anisa Rivera"
"Everything was clean and available. 2 negatives...only 2 cashiers to check out led to long wait in line to leave and deli and subs and prepared food had totally incompetent staff...very nice but not well trained or speedy. Positives..clean store....full stock. Negatives...slow...inefficient...not enough cashiers and no self checkout."
