"I came here to get a cartilage piercing done. Mikayla was the worker that pierced my ear. She was very sweet and calm and did everything quickly and professionally. I'm so happy I got my piercing done here!!! If I ever get another piercing, I'm definitely going to Mikayla! :)"

"Had to have a ear piercing redone after a couple of years not using an earing. Thankfully the other ear is good. The young lady who did the piercings was great! The thing I noticed the most was her ability to handle all the people who came in and still do my piercing. She really was good all around. What I regret is not remembering her name. She has dark hair and very pretty. I will try to find out her name."

"I was happy with our experience. No one bothered us to buy stuff or help us find stuff, unless we asked. It wasn't super busy, it was a week day. They had super cute little earrings, as always. Got a few cute little make up pouches. My girls love Claire's. And I didn't feel like I was being watched like a shoplifter, that turns me off and I'll leave. If I felt comfortable to shop, no anxiety, then I'd say the customer service is good! We'll be back."
