"The clerks were not friendly or helpful. After being showed the general section where the product type I was looking for was, I was left on my own to struggle with figuring out which one would suit my needs. They didn't have the item I came in to purchase. So I had to guess which would be a good replacement. I ended up getting something that didn't work."

"The employees who work at this place have no business selling any kind of beauty products aside from maybe the manager. My wife came in with a picture of a light brown hair color she wanted. They gave her the color she needed to achieve the results(120$ worth of products), and it turned out to be 100% black. I called the store to ask them about this, and why the hair would turn out black the associate laughed at me when I told her that I did not think this was funny at all she put me on with the manager, whom seemed to know what she was talking about unfortunately, it’s too late for that. The sales associate who helped us only cared about selling us as many products as she possibly could did not care at all about what we were asking for my wife’s hair is ruined. This was her Christmas present. If you go to the store, do not ask them for their help in finding the color you had better look it up before you go there or better yet seat professional help these people are not professionals in any way, shape or form how the associate could laugh at a situation like this absolutely blows my mind I’d give this place zero stars but it won’t allow me. This experience has crushed my wife’s feelings and her self-confidence And she looks. I am furious about this. Something needs to be done."

"I didn't get the name of the lady that was working this morning at 10am (11/21/23), but she was AWESOME. She gave great recommendations on hair dye brands for the color I was going for- without bleaching my hair and was pleasant to talk to in general. She was very patient and answered all of my questions."

"I just got my hair dyed for the 4th or 5th time and the best brand that I've used and recommend is Manic Panic they have different shades and colors. But Sally's also has things like facial syrums or mixing bowls ( For Bleach etc ). There's nothing really wrong with the store the service is good but it's not a thing that stands out. I want to be safe so I'm going to blur out the face of me and my friend sorry if the hair is a little hard to see."
