"Man tells me on the phone he can cast molds of teeth I have and I brought my own silver, I get in his store he looks at me and says nope can’t do them. I ask what kind of molds do I need since now all of a sudden you can’t do them, he shakes his head and sighs....Then the man behinds me laughs with him... Sounds like a racial thing, very rude when he saw me, nice over the phone though... It’s fine, he doesn’t have to serve people of color, we will find someone that does. I’ll pray for him though."

"Reset/made my engagement ring a couple years back. Was very knowledgeable about the different settings and which were the best to have stylistically but also functionally. Left with a beautiful ring and was told I could come in to have it cleaned or repaired any time. Have worn it every day since then and last Thursday I woke up to one of the prongs in charge of holding the diamond in place bent backwards. I remember what Maddox told me: "better 6 prongs than 4, with 6 you can lose 2 and still have 4 to hold on, with 4 if you lose 2 then there goes your diamond" I am so glad I followed his advice. Took it in to him that Friday and it was ready for pickup first thing Monday morning. beautiful work, looked like it did the first day I got it, and it was free of charge.
