"My husband and I came in an hour before closing. The food was amazing. The service was outstanding. We never once felt rushed. We left 20 minutes before close. But again, Kelly was an absolute sweetheart! I would absolutely come back. The food was so so good. And contrary to the other reviews, it wasn't loud at all!"

"What a great find in Live oak. We had a mid day lunch. The restaurant was packed, but we were seated in ten minutes. Our drink orders were taken immediately. We ordered fried pickles and fried mushrooms. Both were very good. The pickles are the thin length sliced. I ordered the grilled grouper sandwich. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich, and my son had buffalo chicken strips. All dishes had very large portions, which were difficult to finish. My grouper was grilled perfectly and served on a tasty, fluffy hamburger style bun I hadn't seen before, possibly made in house. My coleslaw was very good. The service here is excellent, and everyone seems to work as a team. Would definitely recommend if you're nearby and don't let the crowd deter you."

"First time here. My server was Rendeny, and she was awesome. I ordered the special which was country fried chicken with a white gravy. I got homemade mashed potatoes with gravy and a side salad. The ranch dressing is homemade and yummy! They use the “good” ice! If you are in Live Oak, you must try this place!"

"Nice place to relax and have dinner. Waitress was super nice and friendly and kept my sweet teas coming. Food was delicious and I took off a star because the gravy sauce was very salty, and basically everything had gravy on it. Still an enjoyable meal, just on the salty side. I had the grilled pork chops (and it was 2 pork chops) with a mushroom and onion gravy, with mashed potatoes and gravy and yellow squash and zucchini. I will continue to go back."
