"Extremely helpful service. I asked one gentleman working in the produce section if that was the only area for his work. He asked me what I was looking for even though it wasn't produce. He went totally above and beyond to help me find pancetta, even though he had never heard of it. He searched the store, asking other employees if they had it. To no avail, he apologized and went back to work in his area. I wish I could remember his name. He should be employee of the month. While we were looking for the pancetta, another young male employee asked what we were looking for. He neither heard of it but joined the search. You just don't find help like that ."

"Their prices are jaw-dropping and not in a good way. I could not believe how expensive everything is at Winn Dixie. It's really outrageous. I'd go anywhere before. I go back to this store."

"Home store. Self checkout only accepted cards and i wanted to use some cash and my ebt so i decided to go to a different one instead of waiting for them to transfer it to where she was doing her checkouts, because i could do it way quicker. Well the older lady working was muttering under her breath about me. Rude. I will be returning, but this lady isn't very professional by the way she is talking down on the customers. 9:30 on a Wednesday night, im sure you know who it is. She had no teeth."

"Systemic failure! Another establishment that promotes poor customer service, laziness and excuses for consistently delivering low quality service and products. It would be an asset for the community to have viable options besides Publix, who seem to operate without competition. Never a smile from anyone and usually a search for a manager is needed to complete a task for an inept or unwilling employee who obviously would rather be somewhere else. What a toxic culture and egregious lack of mission driven values! Corporate needs to shake this place from the top down or close the doors. If they even survive, it would only be by accident in part because of a continual surplus of new residents. It takes me twice as long to shop here than Publix besides being a night and day difference in overall experience."
