"I am a customer of Chamberlain for two years now. I always buy the same stuff and other as I needed. I spend between $15 to $90 at one point. I love the store but today my experience was very awkward and very disappointed. I came to the store and a new lady ( I guess because I haven’t seen her before) asked me if I needed help . I politely say no . It was ok till she literally followed me and started to act like she was putting things away . She asked me again the same question which by the time I was annoyed by her. So I asked her to please stop following me, that if she thought that I was going to still something she was wrong because I don’t need to do that and I have been a good customer. I asked to speak with the manager about it and she apologized but told me that recently there has been stilling from the store . I really felt like she was just targeting me because I am Hispanic. I am 50 years old . My mom was waiting for me on the car , why in the world would I do that? If I go to a store like this I am reading labels , comparing prices , looking for something specific not to still. I hope I don’t have to go through this again ."

"I've always loved Chamberlin's, but my experience today was less than ideal. Though the store was not very busy, the staff member I spoke to was seemingly annoyed I asked for help. Perhaps she was busy or having a bad day, but it set the wrong tone when compared to my experience at their former South Lakeland location, which is now closed. They were also out of quite a number of items, many of which I made a special trip for. Again, perhaps they are just struggling to keep some items stocked and were having a rough day. Either way, it wasn't a positive experience and will not be shopping here again."
