"After the end of the first day of our beach vacation, my daughter realized the bead had come unscrewed from a newish rook piercing and was panicking. It was a few minutes before 10pm when she called and the shop was closing. Byron stayed late to help her, put her immediately at ease, and switched out the jewelry. She loves it…said it was the best experience she has had with a tattoo/piercing artist, and if she didn’t live 3,000 miles away she would definitely be back!
