"My best friend and I are so happy we came across Black Pelican. We wanted very small tattoos and they were super accommodating. We easily called about 15 places before we called here. All other shops didn't even take the time to ask us questions about what we wanted or how small it would be or even the design (they could honestly care less). The girl who answered the phone was absolutely the sweetest and took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted. Our tattoo artist was Sam and he was very patient with both of us and made sure we were 100% sure about the placement. Highly recommend them."
