"I’m giving it 2 stars only because the man was nice and friendly when servicing me! Other than that I would’ve probably rated it a 1. I asked for him to re do my previously pierced cartilage and was not informed when asking questions on the phone they use piercing guns until already in the seat with the markings on my ear. Which is weird because they are a tattoo shop using a gun??? I went through with it anyways because I was in a rush. Later that night I saw that the man actually pierced next to my other hole that I had asked him to reopen and that ear ended up getting an infection and really swollen within 2 days. I’ve taken the piercing out to prevent any further damage to my ear. Heads up NEVER get any cartilage pierced with a gun it is very outlawed within the tattoo community which is why I was so shocked they used one here."
