"Worst company I have ever dealt with. I was opening a tattoo shop and had a few last minute things I needed before I opened. Placed a C.O.D. order on May 20 for a June 7 opening. Somehow the package got shipped back to them. I called Fedex and they told me they would ship it back for free as long as monster steel gave the ok. Monster Steel refused to approved the reship saying I would now have to pay up front even though Fedex was willing to incur the reship cost. So it would have costed Monster Steel no extra, and I would have had my package on opening day, but because they refused I had to return $1100 in deposits for my opening. The order was only $224.72 The order I placed before that was $1981.09 You would think they would try to help but instead they refused. However the package arrived today June 11 only 4 days late lol. THE WOST COMPANY EVER! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"
