Emerald Seas Beach Club

"Very nice location and sits right on the beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Very quaint and just a few steps outside and you're on the beach. 2 nice pools and a tiki hut. Unfortunately, my most recent visit, (Week starting Sept. 16, 2023 was a little disappointing. Property is not being taken care of like it should be. I own a unit and many things are not in good shape. I pay a substantial maintenance fee and even paid extra this year. I'm not sure what the board is doing with mine and other owners money. It definitely isn't being appropriated where it needs to be. I'm slightly embarrassed with the shape of my unit. The ladies working in the office also need some training or a new job. They both greeted me like I was an imposition/problem. Not friendly at all. Worst check in experience ever as far as being welcomed. One of the maintenance men gave me a great welcome. He should be checking guests in. At least he knows how to make you feel welcomed. Good thing the view and the ocean is right here. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here. Also the restaurants within walking distance and many also overlook the ocean."

"We had an incredible stay with family! Quiet and relaxing resort with beautiful views and a short distance to a private quiet beach. Rooms require updates, but overall they are roomy and clean."

"Without central a/c, the units have very noisy window a/c and the kitchens are tight without ovens. Otherwise the 1 BR units are comfortable and convenient to both the pool and parking areas. The beach is right out your door with a location within walking distance of restaurants and the local pier. The 2 pools are great, well maintained. The property provides everything you need for a relaxing stay."

"Nice rooms, but they do need to invest in new couches or at least put new padding or reupholster them. Was missing a few things in our room and was told they would bring them up the next day, but did not get them. Nothing major though. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants and bars."

"Perfect location to walk to several restaurants. We were right on the beach or we could lounge and swim in one of two pools (one heated). It’s an older place but good accommodations, especially for a family. In the evening we enjoyed the tiki hut with our friends."
