"Agreeing with all of the comments below. I had them clean my 1200 sq home. First expense was $500, second was $400. Ahead of the second service, I specifically asked how much it would cost and they said around $200. I naively assumed that included my deposit, so I was shocked when they charged me $321 at the start of the cleaning. He charged me for 120 minutes when I have video evidence that they were only there for 90 minutes. There was no refund on the difference. Because their site only provides estimates, it’s hard to dispute with your credit card company. If you’re looking for a home cleaner, do NOT use this company."

"Believe the bad reviews. These people have hidden fees and try to bait and switch. They tried to charge a 7% cleaning supplies fee on top of their high price. They are dishonest and it shows in the reviews. Don't use them."
