"This is my second 5-star review - highly deserved as a result of the follow-up customer service that the Island Aire team of professionals have provided to us since our install in December 2022. Not even the highest priced A/C is guaranteed to be perfect from Day 1, and when we had some concerns that we wanted Evan to investigate, the folks from Island Aire didn’t hesitate to show up, investigate the concern - and do whatever was needed to remedy it. Because our old system had a custom modification, our new system needed some after-install tweaking to perform at the same capacity the old system did. The team showed up, made it right, and satisfied our concerns. Evan, Joe, Christian as well as the entire staff, Carmen, Sharon, and everyone at Island Aire - we can not (say) enough good things about these professionals, and we are happy and confident to recommend Island Aire to all our friends and neighbors. "Island Aire put in a new AC system for in March 2023, the Installation was fast, clean and the staff was extremely professional. Over the last year I have had general questions and the Island Aire team always comes over to help me in a timely and professional manner. Today I called to have them look at something and they were here within the hour. A lot of people can sell you an AC but the service after that isn't guaranteed. I would highly recommend Island Aire for a new AC Unit and Service!!!"

"We’ve had three separate full-system a/c installs at different properties since we moved to the Pinellas County FL area in 2018 and Island Aire has done all three. The folks at Island Aire are the very best, and no other local HVAC contractor compares in terms service, dependability, quality and cost. It’s becoming more and more difficult to find honest and reliable contractors these days, but Evan, Sharon and the rest of the team at Island Aire are “old school” professionals who do great work at a reasonable price and stand behind that work. There’s 0.00 percent of nonsense when dealing with the folks at Island. They treat customers with respect, they’re friendly, they go above-and-beyond to achieve customer satisfaction, and they work hard to keep costs reasonable and affordable. "I had a new Heat Pump, all in one unit, 4 ton, 16 SEER York AC installed Thu 1/19/23. Evan Wey, owner, of Island Air talked to us about what we needed and arranged everything. Installation day was flawless!! We’ve been using Island Air for the last two years and find them to be very reliable, and we’re thrilled with their customer care!"

"Don't do business with this company!!! If I could I would give this business zero stars. I called at 8:00AM this morning and Paul quoted me $125 for Preventive Maintenance. I stated I had Preventive Maintenance done last May, and that their tech was here for several hours in May. I explained I only needed my drain line cleared. Paul quoted me $95. Tech arrived, and after completing service which took less than 10 minutes, he tried to charge me over $210, more than twice as much. I don't like "bait and switch". Only paid them $95 the amount I was quoted. Then Sharon from Island Air called stating she was their attorney, and I owed more. Really??? 4 years ago I had a new A/C and handler installed by Island Air They have had a number of different owners since then. First new owner was great...downhill from there. Not reputable."
