"There's a cocky Cuban lady who was on me asking if I would add all of my clothes in the $11.50 washer mind you, I had two laundry baskets. I told her in Spanglish that I was putting in dark clothes. After I finished loading my dark clothes in, I went to search for an ATM to pull money out to be able to get coins; the lady once again got bothered by my Spanglish. I have trouble saying some English in Spanish, so I try my best to talk to her in Spanish and some in English, not out of disrespect but because there are some words I can't say in Spanish. She then told a Spanish guy to translate for her, which he was having trouble with, but he did better than her seeing how he put in the effort. She told him to tell me that they were closing in 30 minutes; it was 9:12 pm. I said don't you close at 11:00 pm I understood her. She treated me as if I didn't understand Spanish. I mean, I was talking to her in Spanish the best I could. I got fed up with her snottiness. I decided to leave and find another laundromat that would treat customers with respect to avoid telling her off."

"I want to be able to give more than 2 stars, but honestly it's always so hot in this place that I cannot. I come here every week to do laundry and the a/c is never on. When I ask the attendant to please turn it on, her response is literally "I don't know.. every single time. If you run a business, your customers are supposed to be comfortable in that establishment."
