"Complete SCAMMERS!! Stay away!! We purchased the shield when we bought our sofa and I my sofa started getting stains within a month so I contacted them about it and they said it was under warranty and would send someone to clean it. A couple months after again my sofa was getting stained even though the "Shield" wasn't supposed to let anything penetrate. I called them multiple times and they wouldn't pick up, so I contacted the sofa company to help me get a hold of them, they finally answered, the owner is very rude and unprofessional, has clearly no idea how to run a business. And they said it wasn't under warranty anymore even though it hadn't even been a year and when I was sold the product it was supposed to be a three year warranty. TO add to this I was SURE the product had never been actually placed because my sofa was getting stained! And the people that sold me the sofa told me to do the test and if it had been placed it would slide off, like on the video they initially showed me. And I did the test and the water PENETRATED through my whole sofa! Obviously either their product is a SCAM or they are SCAMMERS and charging for products that don't work or not even putting them. STAY AWAY!!!"
