"Horrible experience! Dropped of two dresses on Monday to pick up Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday morning the dresses weren’t ready was told to come back at 10am. My husband picked up my order and after inspecting the dresses at home, I realized they did a poor job at pressing them and my black dress had light scorch marks on the decollete area. Also, I was charged almost $20 for pressing them only."
