"I dropped off a very expensive shirt. It was apparently lost after seven weeks of trying to work through this with the management and the owner of the dry cleaner, they have been unresponsive. I was not able to hear from the management until 7 weeks later and all I was offered was store credit AND NOT GETTING MY SHIRT REPLACED. They are not responsive and have not made it right. I do not recommend trusting them with your clothing. BTW he showed me a stack of expensive shirts so if you lost an item, you might want to ask Jerry about it."
