"They overcharged me for 7 shirts instead of 6 two months ago. Instead of refunding my money, they gave me store credit for a future drop-off. When I went to drop off a shirt, the employee tells me they can't honor the store credit when it's a "Regular" instead of a "Dry-Clean". I always dry-cleaned all my shirts. Basically, they stole my money and are not getting away with it. Don't shop here."
"This place "lost" 1 of my long sleeve, dressy shirts. Furthermore, it happened to be the most expensive shirt (designer piece) among all the clothes that were given. All I received from them in return was an opportunity to get some kind of voucher/credit towards future drop offs. Meanwhile, an expensive shirt has disappeared and is long gone...without any explanations. Be aware."
