"Update 1 year later: I remain very satisfied with their service. --------------------------- Booking was simple, no credit card needed to pre-authorize like some companies. Cleaners showed up on time. They asked me if I had any special cleaning needs, then scoured my house. A supervisor came to review the work. The crew was respectful of my home, and showed pride in their work. The finished job is amazing. Highly recommend."

"Nice N clean did a great job cleaning my house the first time they were here. I booked them again to come the day before I had company arriving. They were to come about 3 PM and at 12:30 I received a text stating they could not come due to a mechanical issue. Needless to say, that put me in a bind. They offered to come a different day the following week, but that was not what I needed. Yesterday and today I text and left messages for someone to please call me about cleaning again. I even called the number. I received the recording and it said please hold. Then someone picked it up and then disconnected me. This is unfortunate because they did a great job when they did come clean my house but reliability and dependability are of utmost importance. Updated 4/21/22 Claudia from the office called me and all was resolved very quickly and professionally. They will be cleaning my home again."
