"They are efficient and fast however if you are doing a gown preservation please understand the box it is preserved in is hideous and has the logo i wouldn't of preserved it with them because now I don't feel comfortable with the display of the dress see picture before using them"

But, I was a little disappointed when I was actually told my items would be ready before closing on 12/23, but they were not ready when I arrived, despite being more than 24 hours. "Took my comforter to be cleaned and they destroyed it. It had a small hole when I brought it, but they returned the comforter with a lot of large holes. I’ve had this dry cleaned before with no issues elsewhere so fair warning. You also have to sign a release of liability."
