"Did not replace baseboards and padding. I paid $2000.00 and was told that would cover everything when I asked for itemized hard copy of work to be performed. They removed water and dried everything but the hold a tablet in their hands and I could not read it as it was not in my.hands so Service Guy Said sign here and here. He also said guy would come out and tack wall board in and it would take a few minutes. I never received itemized list of work to be performed detailing and specifying that I would be charged separately an additional charge to restore my unit to its original condition. I will get an estimate and take this to Small Claims Court."

"I had a sewage line backup in my home. What a horrifying, stressful and disgusting thing to happen. I immediately called Servpro and I couldn’t have been happier. Mario came out within two hours, fairly assessed the situation, worked with my homeowners insurance to obtain approval, and had his crew chief, Mike and his techs Marcus and Nadia here the very next day. They did it all, from packing up my belongings to creating a containment area; all while working both diligently and neatly. In fact, when my GC came to start the actual repairs, he commented on how well and net the remediation work was! Servpro was wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them more."
