"DO NOT USE. I paid $20 to have a skort hemmed. I wore it once on a vacation, when I came home I washed it once and the hem came down. It was approximately 3 weeks after work was completed. They said they only guarantee their work for 10 days and charged me another $20 to take it up. Terrible service, how can they say they workmanship would only be good for ten days. Find a different business! Update These dates may be true as I was away on vacation. …bottom line the skort was wore once and washed once and the hem came down after one wash which is extremely poor quality workmanship and they don’t stand behind their work. I found a new Alterations around the corner Thi-Vu alterations, & Taylor, and they are excellent. Try them out!"

"This place brings a new meaning to "taken to the cleaners." I was a new customer who brought a mens suit there to have some alterations done and to have the suit dry cleaned. We I arrived at 12:30, I was told the alteration lady was not there but they could take the measurements. I needed the pants hemmed and the waist taken in . I also needed the cuff on the suit taken up a bit. When I was done I got a ticket and asked how much was the service for the alteration. I was told $35 for the alteration and $20 for the dry cleaning. I agreed and said I would be back the following week. When I returned they had my suit and the lady who did the alteration was there working. The girl who rang me up asked the alteration lady in spanish how much was the charge for the alteration since it wasnt on the ticket. After several minutes, the girl behind the counter said " Your total will be $98.88". I questioned this and I was told it was $35 to alter the pants and another $35 for the jacket. I was told I was misquoted when I brought it in. I was fine with $60 for the services, but this is no where near $100 worth of services. Just be forewarned. They may be friendly but find out upfront before you drop things off."

"Since the opening of Premiere Cleaners I have been trusting them with all my clothing ! As a snow bird when I am in PBG they greet me by name when I walk in or even drop and pick up from my home! The quality it top notch. I even trusted them with my Communion dress which is 39 years old and the owner gave it back to me like it was brand new, he brought back the crisp white color that it lost over the years! Now my own daughter will wear it for her Communion! Will always be a customer of this cleaners they treat you like family and your clothing like it was their own !!"

"So happy with my experience. I needed my little toddlers blue jacket cleaned within 24 hours and they said if I dropped it off by 7:30 AM they would have it ready by 4 PM. I called at around 2 PM to see if it was possibly ready for pickup and it was. :) Service was fast and friendly. Great experience."
