"I took my jacket that I thrifted to get washed at this place . At no point did they tell me they couldn’t do it. I called find out if they completed my dry cleaning. I was told they didn’t do it . Horrible customer service ."

"THEY DESTROYED MY CHANEL TIE!!! The first time I picked this tie, chanel tag was all wrinkled, I asked them to iron it and sent it out again. When I came to pick it up the second time , the chanel chain was ripped off as well as chanel tag!!!!! What a horrible service for such expensive items ! Added pictures below. "Last time I'm using Tide. They returned my shirts multiple times with HORRIBLY pressed collars. Even after requesting special attention to the collars upon dropping off. I repeatedly have to go back again to pick up again, IF they press the shirts without WRINKLES again."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, trust me I would. Do not use this place as they will ruin your belongings and accept no responsibility whatsoever. Never had any issues with them until now but their poor response to what happened to 3 Ralph Lauren shirts is beyond abismal. Instead of replacing them which is the appropriate thing, they offer store credit but how can I trust them after what happened. The store manager Gabriella was terrible about communicating with their managers. I asked her to patch them (holes in the sleeves of 2 shirts and the front left in the 3rd one) and they asked me to wait two weeks since they were replacing their alterations employee. I ok’d it but when I picked them up I realized the person they hired butchered them and I without any seaming experience could have done a way better job. I then received an email from Gabriella reiterating their store credit offer which I them again refused and contacted corporate. I spoke with Robert who was nice but then became increasingly confrontational and very rude when I said I told people in the parking lot to check their belongings when at home. On Monday Robert then contacts me saying hey you know I cant give you anything but store credit because it has been 3 months ( i was in Europe and only realized it when i came back) and the shirts are cheap at TJ Maxx (they were paid full price at Macy’s) I then again refused and hung up the call after saying I was going to destroy them with reviews because their whole response to an issue they caused has been honestly pathetic. Only twice in about 3 to 4 weeks since I dropped them have I been contacted by them. Most of the attempts to solve this issue have been by me. I will recommend everyone I know to stop using their services immediately. It’s not worth it to give them business if when you bring issue to them they make you feel like that and treat you with such disrespect. These shirts are not wearable anymore and they were brought to the store in perfect condition. Check your belongings after picking them up from this place"
