La Mer Dry Cleaners

"Last year I gave Le Mer Dry Cleaners an amazing review, but recently I had a horrible interaction with an employee at the counter at the Donald Ross location. The employee was rude and told me "take the duvet cover off the duvet, we don't do that here. We don't have time." The employee didn't smile or say hello, just scolded me. I called the manager to talk about the interaction, but the manager never returned my call. I left the manager three calls/messages. I used to be such a fan of this cleaner, but if you have an issue there is no response. Meanwhile, I received an email from the office on how Le Mer prides themselves of customer service. Bad timing."

"They did a great job on jacket that I took there. I needed it for a business trip and it was a very quick turn around. They delivered a quality product in a short amount of time, as promised."

"I've only been in once replacing my retired dry cleaners of 10 years. So far I would give it a four, five after I go a couple more times and get my better suits and tuxedo done but I've been pleased with the enthusiasm on both ladies I saw at the counters. Very pleasant and engaging. And I like it's not a drop store work is done there. I want to eagle and remembered why I stopped going there 10 years ago avoid that like a plague"

"I was excited to try out this cleaners as they have good reviews (which I’ve realized is probably because they ask you over and over if you’ll leave one). Sad to say, this is the worst dry cleaners I’ve ever been to and I do not recommend going here. They ruined one of my blazers and it can’t be worn again. Instead of taking accountability and me having to notice the ruined blazer, I had to ask for it to be taken off and to receive the total for the jacket. On top of giving me a hard time for that, nothing is ever ready when they say it is. Each time I have gone, it’s never ready on the date listed on the receipt. This is a huge inconvenience when you are relying on certain clothes to be ready for work, events, etc. Terrible service. I will not be back. I see from reading other reviews, I am not the first person all of these things have happened to."

"Brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned (not preserved) after getting some mud on it (rained heavily during our reception which was held in a marquee outside). They did an AMAZING job lifting the dirt stains from my dress. I didn’t set my hopes too high because of the amount, but they really out did themselves. There are only the occasional pin sized dots in select places that no one would see anyway, unless they picked up my train and searched for them. I’m VERY happy. A bit pricey but worth it since I’ll be able to wear my dress again confidently. Wish I had remembered to take before photos."
