"I've been a loyal customer at the Wellington/Royal Palm location since its opening, but I've noticed a decline in service quality and cleanliness recently. Just yesterday, I used the 24-hour kiosk, which indicated I had 32 items with 2 inside for pickup. While the machine was processing, I observed the delivery service prioritizing orders as well, even though it was 6:30 am. After waiting for around 7 minutes with no sign of my clothes, I went to the sliding doors and felt ignored, but I could see the manager peeking from behind a corner. I understand that the building wasn't officially open, but I had an urgent need. When I returned to the kiosk, the message suddenly changed to say that it was temporarily unavailable. I needed my clothes! As I started to drive away, I noticed the manager slowly approaching the front door, trying to avoid being seen. When I returned later to pick up my clothes, the service was very lackluster, as if they didn't care. Delivery orders should not take precedence over drive-up customers, especially when the kiosk was fully operational. Please address this issue promptly, or I will have to reconsider using your company for dry cleaning services in the future."

"Very Disappointed.. I sent to clean two curtain panels.. it cost me $80. $40 for each each panel. It would have cost me less to throw them away and buy the exact same pair. They look exactly the same the way I gave them. Nothing was done. They are still dirty. I can’t believe it. A waste of time and money. I have friends that were interested in sending in their linens, I will be sure to recommend that they stay far away from this place. They will just fold up your things and steal your money."

"I brought 3 wedding dresses to get cleaned and I brought them back home from Tide in worse condition than from when I dropped them off in! Not to mention it took them almost 2 1/2 weeks only to bring them back dirtier than before! They didn’t do anything but make my 3 beautiful gowns worse!! I will never ever recommend this Tide to anyone ever! I’m very unhappy!!!"
