"SCAMMERS, HORRIBLE SERVICES!!! I used Ronica’s cleaning service after I had some construction done on my house (which she understood by our prior conversation). My house was empty so she just needed to clean all flat surfaces, bathrooms, windows, and appliances. I let them into the home and left them to do their thing so I would be in their way. After she told me she was done I paid her and they left, then I went back to the house expecting to see a very clean house (according to prior reviews). Absolutely the worst cleaning services I have ever had, the cabinets in the kitchen were dusty, shelves, counter tops, lights, windows, baseboards, all still dusty. Floors filthy! They didn’t clean the bathrooms either. I honestly don’t know what her and her son did while in my house. I text her and she said she would come back and fix it. When she returned the next day she told me sorry her son was supposed to clean everything i mentioned while she cleaned the kitchen (but she didn’t it was still dusty & dirty) and that he was upset cause they had a death in the family a year ago. She said she would fix the problem. So again I left them to clean. She messaged me when they were done, after they departed I went back to the house and everything was still absolutely dirty and dusty. They did nothing but stole my money. I’m assuming their other reviews were from friends or family members but be aware they don’t clean at all. They just take your money and don’t provide the services promised. Stay away from them!"

"Ronica and Noah came and cleaned for me after I had surgery. We focused on the bathroom as I was unable to bend or stretch to clean them. They were on time, very professional and friendly. I was extremely impressed as they tackled the bathrooms. I recommend them anytime someone is looking for a cleaning business. I’m telling you, you will Not be disappointed if you hire them…."

"Ronica’s Cleaning Service did an excellent job on my mother’s home. I live in Georgia and was looking for someone who was trustworthy and reliable for my 92 yr. old mother in Pompano Beach and was very lucky to have found this cleaning service. They house hasn’t been this clean in a long time. The previous services were ok but they did not do the job that Ronica’s Cleaning Service did. There was much attention to detail and areas were cleaned that previously were not. I would definitely give the company more than 5 Stars if I could. Very professional and I would highly recommend them!"
