But once I called them, Elizabeth was able to help me get an appointment ASAP for an upholstery cleaning. James came by the next morning; he was very courteous and professional. He worked efficiently, and he did a great job. Their team responded quickly and communicated well; I would definitely recommend and use their services again!"

"The cleaners were supposed to be here this morning but did not arrive. I called and they apologized and asked if someone could come this afternoon. They did a very good job and even a little extra for the inconvenience. The price was very reasonable. We have used them in the past, and I always give their name when asked about good carpet cleaners. Will definitely call them again."

"UPDATED: I would recommend them at this time. They came on time and did the job. The gentleman was very nice and professional. I informed them that afternoon by phone, that there were many many black swirl marks left on my tile and that some small spots were missed. They asked for photos and I provided them with many but not all of them. There was a delay in getting them to resolve the issue of the marks. When they did come, they spent significant time investigating the problem. The gentleman James, wasn't able to determine what caused it, but he graciously admitted that it must have happened during the cleaning. They returned a few days later at their cost, and worked to remove the marks. They can be trusted to do the right thing!"
