"McNatt's used to be decent - never really had problems. This changed over the past year. They've returned 10+ shirts torn on the left elbow and chest. Response has been "Is the shirt old?" While this shouldn't really matter, some of the torn shirts are new. I've been told I'm not the only person having this issue. Also, in the past year they've started tagging a lot of shirts with "pre spot". Sounds reasonable, if there's a blemish that's not going to come out with dry cleaning. However, they're tagging shirts that don't have stains including brand new ones going for their first cleaning. Unfortunately, all the McNatt's in Tampa apparently go to the same facility to get cleaned, so you can expect the same results regardless of which place you use to drop off/pick up. While they are resolving their issues, you might consider using another cleaner."
