I called Ally and they immediately put my mind at ease. They became my single-source solution. They took charge of the cleanup and water mitigation. They helped me design my new kitchen. They coordinated the demolition and all the subcontractors to handle flooring, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, and installing cabinets and appliances. They were fast! Our Building Manager and our Maintenance Supervisor were amazed by how efficient Ally’s approach was. Our building has a lot of strict rules for contractors and they said Ally not only adhered to the rules, but also were really proactive in their communication about when workers would be onsite and any special consideration they needed to complete the project. Other residents in our building also took notice and they have reached out to have Ally start working on projects in their units, too."
