"This is the worst dry cleaners I ever been to... I took clothes to be dry cleaned and I totally forgot.about it. When I find the receipt o went to pick it up they told me that my clothes were donated. I know the ticket says that you have to pick it up before 31 days but they have my phone number they could have given me a courtesy call or a friendly reminder. Not going back again. I have the same phone since 2 years ago there is no call from the dry cleaners phone number. There has been no attempt to get in contact with me"

"This was my first time using the place. I took 1 suit (including pants, jacket, and dress shirt) on a Wednesday. I needed the suit for Tuesday so I just went to pick it up on Monday and they only had two items ready. They told me that I should've come after 4pm.. which I wasn't aware of because it wasn't explained. I think that 5 days is too much time when other places will have it ready for you in 2 days. When i got my shirt back, it wasn't even pressed correctly. I also think $16 for theee items is a bit too much as well."
