"This company is very poor with communication. I scheduled an appointment for 2 PM. They never showed up, I called asking where the technician was and they said that he would be there soon so I waited an hour and still no one... So I called again and they said that it could take 2 hours before they show up.. I was not told about this initially. This was a huge waste of my time because I don’t live at the property and I cannot afford to wait at the property for two hours. Inform your customers before you make bookings. Time is valuable."
