He educated us on our carpet, advised of how to maintain a clean carpet, understanding the importance of not wearing outside shoes all the time in the home, and properly gave us an estimate of our next service we're looking into. He also asked for us to walk around and make sure we were satisfied with his work so he can fix anything we weren't happy with. It's hard to find honest companies at times so having someone like him really helped. To make an appointment was easy and they try to work with you on your needs and answer questions properly.
