Let me start with the scheduling call - I was given every detail of the process and how pricing works (rates by the MINUTE, so you don’t have to worry about entering a new hour as they’re cleaning). They arrived 40 mins after I booked a same day clean, which was amazing. My dog wouldn’t stop barking at them from my balcony and they laughed it off and tried to calm him, even. They were kind and patient and smiled the entire time. Not to mention, they left my apt spotless!! Highly recommend."
