"I get all of my nice clothes tailored and or hemmed. I have really expensive taste in clothing and I ALWAYS get my pieces dry cleaned or alter only at this amazing place. The staff is friendly, efficient and always willing to help. I’m very grateful to have such a good dry cleaner because my clothing means everything to me."

"I have mixed emotions about this place. I took a dress in to get hemmed. Charged me 20 dollars. Took another dress to get hemmed charged me 90 dollars. 30 per each layer. The dress only had 2 layers. When i questioned them the seamstress counted 2 layers and then made a folding motion as to the third. I was in a hurry so i didnt argue which was my fault. Still thinking about it to this day i feel i gotten ripped off. They shouldnt charge you for an extra layer because you have to fold the material and sew. You measure, cut and sew. My first dress they only charged me 20 because i had one layer not for 2 because they had to fold it over and sew. So it doesnt make sense. On another note you have to go change in a bathroom that has no seating and no wear to put your clothes. Only hooks on the door. I would suggest they should add a little bench for the customers. I had to take my dress in twice because i asked for the material not to touch the floor and it did on half the dress. When i picked it up 2 small areas on each side touched the floor but i just gave up and made do with it. The staff is nice but improvements could be made for customers to feel comfortable in what they pay for."

"This place is top notch. Very friendly personnel. Clothes come out perfect and really well packed like it came from a clothing store with plastic holders in the shirt's collar. One of my favorite things about it is, you can drop off and pick up anytime. Also they can send you a end of year report. Perfect for tax deductions!"

"I keep very odd hours, and they are 24 hrs pick up and drop off, economic friendly and friendly! Can't wait to use them more! Until they ruined a Tommy Bahama Shirt, it came back with chemical stains! And How many times do I need to tell you not to starch Silk? Clowns!!! Don't you think you should tell people that when you take their property? And don't you think someone should replace or make some kind of effort to reach out to me? Customer service and making sure your clients are happy? To this day NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME TO MAKE AMENDS FOR THE STAINING OF THE $195 SHIRT? Its not a inconvenience its destruction of personal property! I understand that things happen, but when I call, and someone tells me they will be in contact.... and nothing, is when you get a 1 star rating, and I hope everyone reads this, Oh and by the way, ALOT of people read my reviews, as of the 1st of the month, over 2,000,000 views of my reviews, and a level 7 Google maps local guide so I have quite large audience! Well done and your response, Unacceptable"
