"I came here with about 20 items, which included sport shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, quarter zip pullovers, the works. It was late in the day and I didn’t call ahead but nonetheless the lady at the counter listened to my concerns about my clothing, she documented my requests and let me know my articles would be ready on Saturday by 9AM. Fast forward to Saturday it occurred to me I wouldn’t be able to make it and that same lady let me know my clothing would be kept safe until I could come get them the following week. I arrived just before closing the following Tuesday and again, despite it being late in the day she took the time to go through each individual article with me and make sure I was satisfied. Not only that but made suggestions for caring for these clothes going forward to avoid some of the issues I had. As we were wrapping up she even offered me a 2$ discount (honestly wasn’t necessary) but so greatly appreciated as I was prepared to pay full price being I was so pleased with the service. But the fact she offered that discount for no reason other than she wanted to be nice really left a good impression on me. I had read the other reviews prior to giving this place a try but after experiencing the service myself it leaves me wondering about the type of people and their expectations before they wrote the reviews. I don’t know what their individual experiences were like but mine was great. I recommend this cleaners and I have 24 articles of clean and wrinkle free clothing to back up their quality."

"Would not and do not recommend using this dry cleaners. My wedding gown was damaged and a $150.00 suit lost. When I tried to speak calmly with Ms. Dolores to try to locate our missing suit she told me " I'm tired of dealing with this B***S***", "Get the H*** out of here" and if I wanted our missing suit to " Get an attorney". I have used this cleaners in the past but I will certainly never use it again. She made no attempt to help me with our missing suit and was beyond rude for her mistake."

"While picking up an order for my bride-to-be family member, we presented our claim tickets. The wedding dress had only been requested to be steamed, but the cleaners had "attempted" to press the dress. So firstly, failure to follow instructions. The second ticket was for the attire for the groom and another family member. It turned out those items had been issued to another customer. We sat at the cleaners for an hour waiting for another inconviened customer to bring the items back to the cleaners. Once all the garments had been returned the cleaners insisted on charging full price even after delaying our already full schedule, and only accepted the loss after reminding her of that fact. Overall disappointed with service. Edit - The day of the wedding, it was discovered that the suit we had been given was still not the suit that was dropped off at this cleaners. The traceability of guest clothing is severely lacking. Somehow the suit fit close enough to get the groom through the ceremony, but this whole experience added an undue burden to an already stressful day. I personally would not use this cleaners, especially for sensitive/important garments."
