The owner, Ian Coleman, went out of his way, above and beyond to make sure our item was returned to us. It wasn’t any easy fix either! "Dropped four dress shirts to be cleaned, only received three. I didn’t verify the items when I picked up my items. Paid $64 for a dress, a coat and the 4 dress shirts. Called to report the mistake, the owner took zero accountability for the mistake… immediately saying that I was lying…. Worse customer service ever… don’t go to this place…..finally he said he will look not today. Please stay away from this place. Reply to owner response: you have the dress shirt at this location!!! Once again no accountability … no apologize for your mistake…!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Please stay away from this place!!!"

"I have a real leather jacket that I've had for years, it looked warn down and old, I brought it to this store and when I got it back it looked brand new and shiny. I couldn't believe the difference and was extremely happy. The owner was very sweet, and more then helpful. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.I also like that they have several different services to offer here which makes them unique I would definitely recommend bringing your clothes to this store."
