"All I ever use is KK to power wash my driveway, patios, house, etc. They also clean my windows and clear leaves out my gutters. Always a top-notch professional crew and do a great job. Yesterday, among other things they cleaned the leaves from my gutters. I mentioned to the foreman in passing that the timing to clean gutters was bad as I just had new mulch laid the day before. Because of that, there will be a ton of leaves on the fresh mulch once they were done cleaning the gutters. I wasn't expecting them to do anything about it, however, the foreman went above and beyond out of his way to blow off all the leaves from the gutters now on the mulch to the preserve behind the house. Excellent job all around."

"Excellent company to work with and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Price for roof cleaning was reasonable, workers were professional, arrived exactly on time and did a great job. Only took one hour to complete and the old soiled roof looks like new. Would recommend them to anyone needing this service, just be aware that the bleach cleaning solution sprayed on the roof to remove stains is very strong and will leave an odor for a while afterwards. Also care should be taken to prevent clothing, plants, outdoor furniture, etc. from coming in contact with it, and some rinsing and watering of grass and surfaces that it touches is a good idea to dilute it and remove any residue."

"10/27 I’m not sure what happened to this company in the past year. I just had the most frustrating experience yesterday. The inside crew was OK, but I still had to let them know that they were forgetting tracks to the windowsills even though I was paying for them. The screens weren’t fully done. Found one sitting in my driveway and dirt on the window sills where they wiped them down. The outdoor guy did not do his job well. I had to have him repeat several areas and even then they still don’t look great. 11 of my windows weren’t cleaned properly. They did not clean the tracks to my window door sliders. The guy in charge outside left the hose running on full blast and I didn’t discover it until hours later. He left both of my lanai screen doors open when he left. They didn’t come properly prepared so had to borrow three of my ladders; none of which were put away back where they borrowed them from. The outdoor guy walked inside, wearing his boots in my home, saying that he didn’t come with any of the blue slip on booties that they used in the past. Most all of the outdoor window sides of my outdoor have streaks and water spots. To top it off he trampled my plants unnecessarily. I left three voicemails yesterday and received one call back message with no apology. This is what I get for $900?!?! 11/1. Modifying review from 1 star to 3 because Aaron with QC at KK professionally reached out on Monday. As I wasn’t interested in having the crew come back and fix the windows, he did amend my bill to reflect being charged for the work that was done properly. Thank you Aaron for your attentiveness to the situation."

"This is what my cleaned garage windows look like after they’re done! Also paid to have sills done. Had to go back and clean about half the windows to get nose marks where my dog looks out. They left one window open about 3 inches and another unlocked!!! Left screens leaning against walls in the bedrooms. Must be buying their google reviews.!?!"
