"Whoever does the sewing needs to take another course. The lady at front desk was nice and understood why I was upset. They also need to have a price list up Would not recommend"
"I too tried this location because of the proximity to my home. But I am now reluctant to go back. The customer service and product service are equally bad. The first time I used it in early February I didn't bother to ask for prices because I felt that it should be reasonable and comparable to the other cleaners in the area. And I do not mind paying a little more for the convenience as long as the product services were good. It was not. The shirts had new stains on them and the suit didn't even smell clean. I figured that it was just a fluke. I went in a 2nd time a week later and dropped off some shirts, a pair of pants that needed sewing and a personal favorite flag that needed the seems resewn. I specifically showed the lady that morning what needed to be done. I went in that following Saturday to pick everything up. Good thing that I checked before I left. The pants and flag were washed and pressed but not sewn as instructed. I pointed it to the lady (different) and she gets annoyed with me like it is my fault that they didn't do it. She rudely tells me that they would be ready by Wednesday. Not even an apology or acknowledgement. I left very angry and disappointed thinking to myself that this woman does not need to be dealing with customers. She belonged working in an assembly line in a meat packing/slaughter house. I called the next day wanting to speak to the manager/owner but was told that "Cindy" was not in but they would leave a message for her to call me back. That call never came. I called again the next 2-days but no one answered so I left a voice message for Cindy, both times. To this day, I have not been back and Cindy has not called me back. I too am in the service industry and would never treat my customers this way because I know that I would be out of business real soon. I suspect that with their nasty attitudes and lack of customer service skills, they will be out of business soon. It's ok. There are plenty of good dry cleaners out there that really want and appreciate my business."
"DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR ALTERATIONS OR DRY CLEANING!!! They are HORRIBLE!!! My husband dropped off a pair of pants for a simple alteration and dry cleaning. They told him the pants could be picked up on or after 11/14. I went in there on 11/15 to pick them up - almost 2 weeks later - and the pants hadn't been touched!!!! The old woman who is the owner knew what was going on, but sat in the back and never came out front to talk to me about it. No one apologized; they acted like they could not have cared less!! TERRIBLE PLACE, ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
"Absolute worst. Dropped 12 items off between a suit, dress shirts, and ties. Nothing appeared pressed and the worst of it, my very expensive ties that have been worn ONCE were washed and came apart. Someone decided it was a good idea to take it upon themselves to sew them back together. I looked at them when I got home because I was too mad at the cleaners because it was my 4th time there to attempt a pickup. The ties are 100% ruined, I will never step foot in this place again and if anyone asks for a recommendation this will be the one place I say to avoid."
"This place is the Pits!!! Poor service and nothing but problems. My clothes typically have to be redone because of stains and very very very bad pressing/ironing. The owner here must not give a damn at all because I've had several clothes that have gone back to be redone over and over with no improvement. The workers who do the pressing/ironing must be completely clueless or they just don't care about how clothes look or understand the concept of what dry cleaning and pressing is. The mistakes they make, honestly force me to question their intelligence as human beings. Too many times have I showed up to expect my best shirts to be freshly pressed and ready to go for important meetings and I am left frustrated and not looking my best. What a shame this place is. The worst part is that there is not much of an alternative on this side of town, but I don't care, I will drive an extra 15 miles to go where I know my clothes will be cleaned, pressed, smelling good, and have me looking as sharp as I can be. It's worth it to make the drive than to have to deal with these people who will not be in business much longer I am sure. Aside from the absolute horrible pressing, it blows my mind why they would make all your clothes smell like that dreadful downy generic fabric softener or whatever it is!!! I wear cologne and other fragrance to my liking, I don't want to wreak of crappy fabric softener and chemicals all day! Get a clue Nita's! I would stay away from this place at all cost. I'm never going back, been burnt way too many times."
