"Dropped a garment for my wedding off for a zipper to be repaired, I was told it would take up to 2 weeks, three weeks later I never received a call so I reached out to them to inquire, only to be told that the zipper needed was on back order and they had no clue when they would be able to order it… they never told me that. Now my wedding is in 2 weeks and no one can fix my garment in time. Take your money elsewhere."

"I’ve been using Bs for about 5 years. They have always provided excellent service. I have gotten clothes dry cleaned as well as alterations. Alterations are always perfect. Clothes have always been clean and pressed nicely. The people working there are amazing!"

"Don’t use this place for alterations. I was first quoted one price for the alterations and when I picked up the dress the price was more than quoted. My dress was simple and there was nothing fancy about it, it’s made of polyester and not lined. Furthermore, they left a bad odor on the dress. The dress smelled like deep fried food plus smoke. It was a disgusting smell and being that the place is a dry cleaner they should’ve cleaned the dress. Very disappointed and will never return."
