It looked as if something was splattered on it or it was rubbed against something dirty that I didn’t notice while at the seamstress. I of course was devastated and just couldn’t wear a dirty dress to my wedding! "Exceptional service! I dropped off my wedding dress to be cleaned almost 2 years after our wedding (oops!). After I dropped it off, they called to discuss what stains/marks there were on the dress, as well as their pricing scale. It was even finished a few weeks early! I live about 1.5hrs out of town and I just had a baby, so it took me about 4 weeks to come get it. They were so accommodating to hold it longer for me AND they even sent us a congratulatory card signed by their entire staff! Truly exceptional customer service. They go over and above! She altered it to fit me perfectly & I received so many compliments on the fit. She was professional, prompt, and even made a last minute change without any hesitation.
