"Dropped a suit and dress shirt needing dry clean. Was supposed to pick it up by Saturday at 5pm. I totally forgot bout it. Scheduled to fly out early Monday morning for a sales meeting. I called the cleaners after hours to my surprise phone was answered. Told her the situation. She told me she would meet me Sunday morning to get my suit. This is more than first class service. She really cares about her customers. Now she has a loyal customer for the future and I will tell everyone I know."
"I went there to have my jeans taken up. Upon arrival Ms Lee was looking for a custom clothing in which she was only able to find half of the order she ask them for come back for the rest. REDFLAG after telling her what I needed I proceeded to the office to change wait for her after 15 minutes she came back pin a pair of my jeans to be taken in and then she stated she's too was to busy to complete my order. After wasting 25 minutes I told myself never again. The worst service I have ever had. STAY Away"
