They didn't have a drain in the sink properly and ruined other items that were not flooded earlier...not even an apology or attempt to correct"

"My husband and I had a terrible water leakage in our garage where water had sprayed all over the lower section of the walls around and behind our HVAC units and water heater. This led to a major black mold problem in this entire area. We hadn’t been able to see this because of having so many things stored in front of that entire area. Once I saw the wet wall in the laundry room we then found the disaster in the garage. Jeremy and Oney with SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach were the experts who did a remarkable job of “restoring it like it never even happened.” I highly recommend this business!"

"After spending many days at my home completing service for water damage, the technicians did not provide the best possible customer service as quoted on their flyer. They new that this would be an insurance claim and completed services that insurance would not cover and the expenses would have to be covered by the homeowner even though we asked numerous times to only perform services that would be covered. They also destroyed our kitchen island. It can not be repaired. Their flyer also states that they are dedicated to restoring your property to “Like it never happened”, don’t believe them. When asked to come out and give us a quote to restore, they never returned. They only sent notice that the insurance company didn’t cover their cost and we must submit payment ASAP. I will never use or refer SERVPRO of Fernandina/Jacksonville NE."
