"I can't say that I am unhappy with the product as it was just installed and has great reviews. But my installer was a big issue. The day they were supposed to install they said they would arrive between 8-12. Around 11 I got a call that said they would be a little late as they had a flat tire. Ok. I understand. At 1:30 they were still not here so, I had to cancel because I had to be at work. Later that day the scheduler reached out to schedule another day. We decided on Saturday . They arrived at 10, four guys. Got out of truck saying they would leave one guy here to cover existing gutters and be back that afternoon to install new gutters and finish the job. Four o'clock comes and someone knocks on my door and says they will be a while yet. I said that I had an appointment and would be leaving at 5. Guy calls me that night and says he can do it tomorrow between 8-9. He finally shows up at 12. Promptness is not their thing I guess!"

"Since a house is such a big investment it's worth protecting. We really felt we did that when we had LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed. That fact that the product warranty will stay with the house even if we sell is also a huge plus."

He was quick in measuring and giving an estimate on the spot. A very nice experience! And the installers were quick and neat, no debris left at all ! "We own a rental property and decided to put on gutters to protect our investment after installing a brand new roof. We chose LeafFilter to do the work. They incorrectly installed the gutters which caused water damage, which their own technician acknowledged. He said the company would fix this damage and make it right. They have not! They did re-install the incorrectly installed gutters after a lot of back and forth, but had to get "corporate" approval to fix the water damage caused by the incorrect installation. Corporate decided this was due to owner neglect (clogged gutters), which is ridiculous as my husband meticulously keeps the gutters clear and blows off the roof on a regular basis in an effort to keep this from happening. We are considering legal action, but save yourself the trouble and BUYER BEWARE! They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND WILL NOT FIX THE WATER DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR INITIALLY BOTCHED WORK! Gutters are to avoid water damage, not to create it. But if you choose this company, then you will be on your own to fix the damage the may cause. They have all these one star reviews for a reason."

"A very seamless experience Monday - called to schedule the estimate Tuesday - estimate and sales process was informative and simple. My only regret is not holding out for one more discount. Installation was scheduled for Friday. Friday - installer called and said one of his crew was not able to make it so it was rescheduled for Monday. Monday - Arrived at 9:30 - Complete at 1:00. Everything was cleaned up. I wanted to wait to see how the gutters worked before posting my review. We have had a couple of good storms now and the Leaf Filter Gutter Protection seems to be working as designed. We did have some leaves that had collected over 8+ years in the downspouts and underground tubing. These storms have pushed out a lot of those so, with no more coming in, I am hopeful we will have smooth flowing gutters for many years to come. Time will tell but we are off to a good start."
