"Rex Air is reliable!! I am a local and sometimes reliability is hard to find in the FL Keys. I've had four different employees come to my house for service calls and all of them have been knowledgeable as well as friendly. Not only have they answered my calls on a Saturday, but they have also returned calls on a Sunday. The company is locally owned and they appear to take good care of their employees. Levi and Mark, the two young gentlemen, who came to install the new A/C were really great, answered my all my questions, and were professional about the install. They also cleaned up, removing all pieces of the old unit and left no trash in their wake. I also have a yearly service plan with them and I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed."

"I am a repeat customer of Rex Air, and in June 2023 I had them install two split A/C systems at my house. The estimator, Doug, presented different options which were reasonably priced. And he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. The installation was done on-time by a polite professional crew that cleaned up when they were done. We’re 100% satisfied with our new split systems. Getting reliable contractors around here is difficult. Keys disease is a real thing, and these people DO NOT suffer from this condition.
