"NEVER use this company to clean an expensive floor Rug. I sent it to clean some coffe spill they couldn’t clean it and also brought my expensive hug back completely destroyed. They picked the rug up to see how they would fix the damage. I’ve been waiting for 1 month to hear from then and they never respond. They also didn’t refund my money which I paid $625 to have the Rug cleaned. Pictures attached."
